Terms and Conditions
By entering my payment information, I understand and agree to the following terms and conditions:
- One-time setup fess are non-refundable.
- The monthly payments as specified for each package will be invoiced prior to and will be due by the 20th of the current month for services to be rendered for the next month. I understand that my account will be suspended if payment is not made on time.
- My content is scheduled in advance, so in the event I wish to cancel, a cancellation request must be submitted in writing or email at least 30 days in advance of the date I wish my service to cease.
- The minimum service is one month.
- Since the work that is done in advance there are no refunds or partial refunds and any service for which payment was received will continue until the following month.
- Custom-Fit SEO will provide the following coordination as applicable to the Social Media Management package purchased:
- Tweets and posts at a frequency and utilizing the platforms corresponding to the Social Media Management package selected;
- Content scheduled 5 days a week. Unless I instruct otherwise, content will be scheduled Monday through Friday;
- Core sales messages about my business: Who we are, what we do, and where we do it;
- Testimonials about my company;
- Awards and accreditations that we have received;
- Promotion of specific products or services that I may want Custom-Fit SEO to focus on more than others that I supply;
- Links to my YouTube channel and videos within it;
- Relevant hashtags to encourage new traffic and followers;
- URL links back to my website to drive traffic;
- The tone of the content will be aimed at my target audience;
- Hints, tips, facts and trivia about my industry or that are relevant to the products and services that I sell;
- If included in my package, Custom-Fit SEO can use images I have supplied or Custom-Fit SEO will use stock photography images that are relevant to my company;
- Industry-related tweets with snippets of information or trivia;
- Client custom dashboard where I can add content to my feeds as I wish; and
- Social statistics.
I understand that the following is not included in my Social Media Management package:
- Anything to do with short-lived promotions, “Daily Specials,” or sales. These can be added manually via the client dashboard that I can access to customize and add to my feed;
- Constantly monitoring a blog and scheduling new blog items as they appear. This can be done via an RSS feed tool. We will link to blog pages and blog items but we don’t schedule content for new blogs daily or weekly;
- Scheduling content from the RSS news feeds;
- Posts or Tweets about events that are happening in the news in real-time, no matter how relevant to my business or industry. Custom-Fit SEO can do this via an RSS feed, but such posts and tweets cannot be scheduled;
- Tweaking stock photography images to match your brand;
- Reactions to comments or questions on my news feeds; and
- Targeting new followers on my social media feeds. I may see an increase in likes and followers, but it will not be because new followers have been targeted by Custom-Fit SEO.
